This delightful and very quiet apartment consists of a bedroom, a cosy living room with cooking area, a bathroom, a large partly covered balcony and a lush garden.
Where we are
prati district
The apartment is located in a very quiet spot behind the Vatican Museums, a few metres from the Ottaviano – San Pietro underground stop (line A), while bus stop 492 is in front of the entrance.
The supermarket is opposite and the neighbourhood market is just around the corner. Via Candia is full of all kinds of shops, trattorias, pizzerias, bars, ice cream shops…

- From Termini Station take the Subway Line A (Red Line, direction Battistini, 1.50€) to Ottaviano

Christmas (23-24-25-26 December), New Year’s (30-31 December e 1-2 January) and Easter (Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday) are considered holidays therefore high season rates are applied and minimum stay is 4 nights.
Cancellations up to 20 days before arrival will be charged 20€. For later cancellations we won’t refund your deposit. No-shows will be charged the first night.
Upon arrival a €300 deposit will be requested by credit card (pre-authorized) to cover any damage to property and things and/or to replace missing objects. If no damage has been verified upon your departure there will be no charge.

I am a goldsmith, but I’ve been successfully running the “For My Friends” Bed&Breakfast for five years, also located in Rome, in the Prati district.
I have recently renovated this apartment to offer my guests a wider choice and a viable alternative for their stay in the eternal city.
Rome is a wonderful city. One never ceases to be in love with it and want to share this passion with others!
